Find what group a user belongs for Exchange

Several time we received an email saying: Please de-activate the following user and remove him/her from the distribution list he/she belongs.

Now you go active directory, disabled the user and then you go to exchange Distribution Group and you find a 20 distribution groups, what can you do? Very simple, just a simple query:

dsquery user -samid rflores | dsget user -memberof

Remember, as soon you receive an email disable a users, make it quick, the HR always fire or somebody leave the company and IT department is the last one to know, so security is first.
